After 9 years at the Hotel du Golf (Corrençon-en-Vercors) the Chef Jérome Faure, 37 years old, joined the Domaine de Fontenille and has overseen the entire restoration: the gourmet Michelin-starred restaurant (Le Champ des Lunes), the bar (La Cuisine d'Amélie) and the breakfasts.
Not only was he awarded his first Michelin Guide Star at only 30 years of age, but he has retained it for 8 years. He was then nominated Jeune Talent 2011 then Grand de Demain 2013 by Gault & Millau. In 2017, Gault & Millau confirms his talent and gives him a score of 17,5/20, 4 "Toques", for Le Champ des Lunes and 14.5/20 for La Cuisine d'Amélie.
Curious and generous, Jérôme Faure's authentic cuisine is based on product quality and an association of flavors that are sometimes confusing but that always hit the right note: "A balanced cuisine, which leaves traditional paths behind in his association of flavors that are designed to wake up the taste buds" (Guide Michelin).
